FREE Delivery inside Saudi Arabia for all orders of SR 500 or more, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 2-5 business days via the courier company.

A delivery fee of SR 30 will be charged to orders less than SR 500.


www.museum4u.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Our courier company will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience. It is important that you respond to phone calls for address verification and arranging delivery, in order to delivery your shipment in due course.

The courier company offers delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and we would kindly ask you to pick up your orders from the nearest Courier Company office.

For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you will pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. We are offering Cash on Delivery service free of charge. We do not offer Cash on Delivery payment methods for orders above SR 2,500 order value.

REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY
Refund is FREE if: The wrong product was sent by the merchant. The product is defective. The product was damaged in shipping. The product is tampered.

If you make an order and decide after delivery that you don't like it, we are happy to process your return during 10 business days of purchase. This service will be given at a charge of SR 30 to be picked up on return of the item by the courier agent.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
